Annie Weidman is our guest cook. Fitting For May and the warmer season, Annie will teach some recipes for grilling, including how to butterfly a whole chicken to cook on the grill. She will also teach Cevapcici (Pronounced Chevap-chichi). They are little spiced meat sausages that have many accompaniments like tzatziki sauce and ajvar and wrapped in Lavash (Serbian/Middle Eastern flat bread) with herbs. She will teach the sausages and tzatziki, and show how to put them all together with the accompaniments.
