Dear Member,

As we move forward with the unification process, we are anticipating a congregational meeting on March 1, 2026 to discuss and vote on the unification plan. Official notice, together with details on time and locations for the meeting, will be shared later in February. 

As we gear up for this historic vote, the Management Committee and Boards of both Rodef Shalom Congregation and Temple Sinai will be hosting a series of meetings to share key points of the merger plan, and address common questions. 

The schedule for those meetings is as follows:

• Sunday, February 8, 2026, 10 AM, onsite only, Fifth & Morewood (Rodef Shalom Congregation);
• Wednesday, February 11, 2026, 7 PM, Zoom only;
• Sunday, February 15, 2026, 3 PM, onsite only – two concurrent meetings located at Fifth & Morewood (Rodef Shalom Congregation) and at Forbes & Murdoch (Forbes & Murdoch).

If you expect to attend any of these meetings, please RSVP below.  All four meetings above are open to all congregants. The RSVP will help us to plan to make sure we have enough room for all attendees. Those who RSVP for the Zoom session will receive a link to the meeting on February 11.
