Unification: Brit and Term Sheet

The Brit (Hebrew for covenant) or Term Sheet is a legal document that guides how our congregations will work together towards unification, following a positive vote on June 8. In addition to the key terms of unification, it includes legal provisions to govern the relationship between Temple Sinai and Rodef Shalom Congregation before unification is complete (or if it ultimately does not occur after a positive vote). While already signed, this agreement will become binding (go into effect) only if both Memberships vote in favor of unification on June 8.
