About Rabbi Barry Block
Rabbi Block serves Congregation B'nai Israel in Little Rock, Arkansas. A Houston native and graduate of Amherst College, Rabbi Block was ordained by Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion in 1991 after studying at its Jerusalem, Los Angeles, and New York campuses, and received his DD, honoris causa, in 2016. Rabbi Block currently serves as faculty dean at URJ Henry S. Jacobs Camp, a role he held for twenty-one years at URJ Greene Family Camp. He is a past board chair of Planned Parenthood of South Texas. 

About Rabbi Myriam Klotz
Rabbi Myraim Klotz is a senior program director at the Institute for Jewish Spirituality. She has been faculty director of yoga and embodied spiritual practices for 14 years. Rabbi Klotz serves as the Director of the Spirituality Initiative at Hebrew Union College – Jewish Institute of Religion, in New York, where she coordinates the Spiritual Direction program and serves as a Spiritual Director. She was among the founding group of Spiritual Directors at Reconstructionist Rabbinical College.

Rabbi Klotz is the project director for Reconstructing Judaism’s project on resiliency practices for activists funded Loppman-Kanfer Foundation for Living Torah and the Nathan Cummings Foundation. She is co-director and co-founder of the Yoga and Jewish Spirituality Teacher Training Institute at Elat Chayyim/Isabella Freedman Jewish Retreat Center.
