Shabbat is our theme this year so we will learn about the tasty Shabbat traditions from around the world.
Georgia on My Mind: A Shabbat meal with instructor Saul Straussman featuring recipes from the
Caucasus, the region between the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea, mainly comprising Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and parts of Southern Russia.
Our menu:
- Georgian chicken
- Spice basmati rice
- Roasted root vegetables
- Rice pudding cake with mango caramel
This is a hands-on learning experience for novice cooks and experts. All are welcome!
