Everyone is welcome to join in our first cooking class of the season which features Sharon Carroll from Oakmont Olive Oil Company teaching in tandem with Mara Kaplan.

Mara will teach the use of olive oil in recipes developed by cookbook author and recipe developer Emily Lycopolus. Emily is the author of five olive oil-focused cookbooks, a level-two olive oil sommelier, and the co-founder of eatcreative.ca, a food-driven creative content agency. Her family owns an olive grove in central Italy, where her love of olive oil began.  

Bring your aprons so you can be put to work helping to prepare the recipes. At the end of class, we will sit together to taste our creations.  

Cost of the class is $10, payable at the door and please reserve you space by emailing Carolyn Schwarz at 4CarolynSchwarz@gmail.com or register below.  Online registration ends Thursday at 5 PM. After that time, please contact Carolyn to register.
