Great Jewish Thinking: Beauty, Power and Temptation with Foundation Scholar Rabbi Dr. Danny Schiff

In this course, Rabbi Schiff will teach and lead discussion on significant works of Jewish thought. Participants are encouraged to read one chapter of a book per week in order to get the most out of the class. This year, we will study Adam Kirsch's The People and the Books. A 2016 work, Kirsch provides a readable survey of 18 widely varied classic Jewish texts that every Jew should know. No prior knowledge is necessary - open to all.
