Hanukkah Congregational Dinner & Menorah Lighting
Hanukkah Congregational Dinner & Menorah Lighting
Join us for a (Tasty) Shabbat Hanukkah with Fresh Latkes!
Friday, December 7 | 5:45 PM Dinner | 7 PM Service
Bring your family Hanukkiot (Hanukkah menorahs), and we’ll light them (six candles) at the beginning of dinner.
Our menu will feature house-made FRESH latkes with locally grown ingredients (potatoes from Blue Goose Farm in Nicktown and onions from Clarion River Organics in Sligo). Plus, house-made old-fashioned vegan tomato soup, mixed greens salad, and all the latke fixings! Sour cream? Applesauce? Why not try both!
At Mostly Musical Shabbat Hanukkah Evening Service, we'll celebrate with festive Hanukkah music featuring the Temple Sinai Band and Intergenerational Choir.
Light the Candles, Share the Warmth, and Lift Your Voice and Spirits!
Cost: $10/person ($5 for children 12 & under) Register online in your Temple Sinai account to pay by credit card, or contact Judy Rulin Mahan at (412) 421-9715 ext. 110 or Judy@TempleSinaiPGH.org to register and charge to your account.
