WoTS Cooking Class
A Vinegar and Olive Oil Evening
We will be joined by Sharon Carroll of the Oakmont Olive Oil Company, who will provide tastes and information about their award winning olive oils and vinegars. Sharon experiments with unique combinations for exciting new tastes. She has shared her ideas with Mara Kaplan who after the tasting will lead the class through the creation of a full dinner -- appetizer to dessert using the different oils and vinegars.
Anyone age 16 and older is welcome!

Classes are held on the second Monday of each month from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. We all help to do the work and sit together to socialize and taste our work when we are finished, usually about 8:15 PM.
