WoTS Cooking Class
Guest instructors Drew Barkley and George Arnold have created a refreshing summer menu including Red Lentil Soup with Lime; Whitefish Ceviche Salad with Avocado; Cilantro and Pineapple; Southwestern Green Chile (Mild) Corn Bread; and George’s Spectacular Homemade Ice Cream.

Anyone age 16 and older is welcome!
Classes are held on the second Monday of each month from 5:45 PM to 8:30 PM. We all help to do the work and sit together to socialize and taste our work when we are finished, usually about 8:15 PM.
