About Rabbi Lederman
Rabbi Lederman serves as Director of Congregational Innovation at the Union for Reform Judaism. Prior to that role, she was the Associate Rabbi at Temple Micah in Washington, DC. She was ordained in May 2008 from Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion in New York City. 
 
As the Director Congregational Innovation, Rabbi Lederman works collaboratively with teams across the URJ, engaging with congregational leaders on innovation projects. One of her areas of focus and expertise is on relational engagement, and helping congregations to develop a more person-centered, relational culture.

About Rabbi Gubitz
Rabbi Jen Gubitz is a rabbi at Temple Israel of Boston and directs the Riverway Project, whose mission is to connect 20s and 30s to Judaism and each other by living Judaism together through discovery and dynamic spiritual and righteous impact. She is a proud product of Indiana University’s Borns Jewish Studies Program, URJ Goldman Union Camp (GUCI) and the Hebrew Union College – Jewish Institute of Religion in New York
