Step into a delightful afternoon where you'll learn about Passover traditions from around the world and enjoy some tasty treats!

  • Crafting: Make your own afrikoman cover; Origami frogs; Flower arranging

  • 5:30–6:30 PM Experience Jennifer Abadi’s cooking demonstration of Passover Spanakopita

This event promises fun and learning for everyone, so bring your family and friends! Reserve your spot for just $5 for the Fair, or upgrade to the Fair + Cooking Demonstration package for $20, which includes tastings and a glass of wine (21+ only, ID required).

Cost: $5 per person for the fair (children 2 and under are free)

ABOUT JENNIFER ABADI
Culinary Artist-in-Residence Jennifer Abadi is renowned for her groundbreaking work in documenting Passover traditions from across 23 countries in the Middle East, Central Asia, North Africa, and the Mediterranean.

She is the author of "A Fistful of Lentils: Syrian-Jewish Recipes from Grandma Fritzie’s Kitchen" and "Too Good To Passover: Sephardic & Judeo-Arabic Seder Menus and Memories from Africa, Asia, and Europe." Her work has been recognized by the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP), and she is celebrated for her dedication to preserving and sharing the culinary heritage of Jewish communities worldwide.
