Join instructor Carolyn Schwarz for a Moroccan-inspired Shabbat menu.

Our menu includes: 

  • Jodi Kassorla's Moroccan Fish
  • Moosewood's Moroccan Stew
  • Moroccan Sweet Couscous with Mixed Dried Fruits

ABOUT THE 2023–2024 COOKING SERIES
We will sample Shabbat meals—breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks—a meal to inspire us. We will cover gluten-free, vegetarian, and Shabbat traditions from around the world.

Each month a leader will take us through the recipes, and then we will enjoy a meal together. All are welcome!

Classes are on Monday evenings from 6–9 PM in the Katzen Kitchen.
