WoTS invites you to experience a “Year of Spices” with them on the second Monday of each month at 6 PM (note new time).

- Harissa hummus with za'atar
- Za'atar chicken with charred lemon and roasted turnips,
- Spicy cauliflower latkes with za'atar aioli tomato salad with za'atar dressing
Every month WoTS features guest instructors from the community and Temple Sinai with recipes from around the world. Classes are held on the second Monday of each month from 6 PM to 9 PM. The instructor will lead students in making a meal so everyone can eat together and taste the featured spice.
